Twin kids in Madagascar, are in very bad circumstances, and their parents are expected to obey tribal leadership about twins. 

The Antambahoaka tribe, (#14) in southern Madagascar, believe that twins are evil, bad luck, and can destroy families. 

Historically, they are abandoned in the desert to die.  

Look it up.
